Terms and Conditions for idompey Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Each time you log in, make a deposit, withdraw funds, take part in a promotion or use any feature on idompey, that action automatically constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full. This acceptance is ongoing and remains in effect for as long as your account is active.

idompey reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the latest version on this page. It is your responsibility to review this document regularly. Continued use after changes take effect is considered acceptance of those amendments.

User Eligibility

idompey services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period of membership:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Able to enter into legally valid and binding decisions independently.
• Not currently serving an active self-exclusion period.
• Not on the blacklist or prohibited persons list of any regulatory body.
• Registering and using the platform for personal use, not on behalf of another person.
• Not representing a corporate or commercial entity when placing bets.

idompey reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a copy of your identity card / MyKad or passport) at any stage to confirm user eligibility. Failure to submit such documents within the stipulated period may result in account suspension.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only allowed to register and maintain one active account at any one time. This prohibition covers the use of different devices, different email addresses, different phone numbers or different financial information for the purpose of concealing multiple account identities.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You must update your account information if any changes occur. idompey is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

• Your full name must match a valid identity document.
• Your mobile phone number must be active and registered in your own name.
• Your email address must be valid and accessible for verification purposes.
• Your password must be strong and kept fully confidential — do not share it with anyone.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account. If you suspect unauthorised access has taken place, contact the idompey support team immediately.

Deposits and Payment Methods

idompey supports the following deposit payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM10.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) except for payments made using cryptocurrency, which will be converted at the current market rate. idompey does not charge any deposit processing fees to users.

• Deposits must be made using an account registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party account to make deposits is prohibited and may result in your account being frozen.
• idompey reserves the right to request proof of payment or account statements as part of the verification process.
• Any suspicious or potentially fraudulent deposits will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal processing times are between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the withdrawal method, current system load and account verification status. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit or to a method that has been verified in the user's name.

Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must meet the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been completed successfully.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full.
• There is no ongoing fraud investigation or terms violation inquiry against your account.
• Your account balance is sufficient to meet the minimum withdrawal amount.

idompey reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal. Approved withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled. If you experience any issues with your withdrawal, please contact customer support.

Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

idompey offers various bonus and promotion programmes to its members. All such offers are subject to the specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion details, which form part of this Agreement.

Welcome Bonus: Your first deposit is eligible for a 150% bonus up to RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give you a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. This bonus amount is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times, meaning RM150 × 25 = RM3,750 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM800, the bonus is RM500 with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

• Bonus can only be used for betting within the idompey platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to other users.
• Only one welcome bonus is given per new account.
• idompey reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there are signs of misuse.
• The weekly cashback programme for VIP members is given at different rates according to membership tier.

The idompey VIP programme covers three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Tier upgrades are based on your overall betting activity.

Responsible Betting

idompey is committed to promoting a responsible betting environment. Our platform provides self-control tools to help users who may have difficulty managing their betting habits.

Users can contact the idompey support team to find out more about the available self-exclusion options, deposit limits, betting limits and session time limits. We encourage all members to set personal limits as a precautionary measure.

Prohibited User Behaviour

idompey users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance, and appropriate legal action:

• Owning or controlling more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised method to access or exploit the platform.
• Colluding with other users to exploit bonuses or the betting system ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage").
• Transferring funds between accounts to bypass bonus wagering requirements.
• Using false or borrowed identification information from another party.
• Spreading false or misleading information about idompey to third parties.
• Any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform.

Account Suspension and Termination

idompey reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time and for reasons deemed reasonable, including but not limited to terms violations, fraudulent behaviour, suspicious activity, or requests from authorities.

When an account is terminated for valid reasons, the remaining balance (after deducting any bonus or funds subject to investigation) will be returned to the user via the original payment method. However, if termination is due to serious terms violations, idompey reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance.

Users may also request to voluntarily close their account by contacting the support team. All account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period after identity verification is completed.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

idompey reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest version took effect.

The idompey platform operates under recognised international licensing. All disputes arising from the use of this platform, if they cannot be resolved through negotiation, will be referred to an arbitration body agreed upon by both parties.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be considered severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain in full force.
